KX9 provides access to purchase ayurvedic snacks, herbal products, supplements, extracts, tinctures, powders, capsules, essential oils, beverages, and various wellness products.

All products displayed on the website constitute an invitation to offer. Your order is an offer, which may be accepted or rejected by KX9 at its sole discretion.

Products sold by KX9 are not pharmaceutical medicines and do not guarantee cure or treatment for any medical condition.

3. Information & Confidentiality

During registration or order placement, you may be required to provide personal information. All such information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Orders & Delivery

Orders may be placed through the website or via email, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, or other KX9 channels.

  • Orders are typically dispatched after 24 hours of receipt.
  • Delivery is handled through third-party logistics partners.
  • Typical delivery time: 7–10 working days.
  • KX9 is not responsible for delays caused by logistical or legal restrictions.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Due to the nature of consumable goods, returns or refunds are not accepted.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in INR and may be updated without notice.

  • Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, PayPal, UPI, and Cash on Delivery.
  • KX9 is not liable for any card fraud. Responsibility lies with the user.
  • If a pricing error occurs, KX9 will notify you before processing payment, and you may accept the revised price or cancel the order.

6. Use of Website

  • No unauthorized access or misuse of systems.
  • No reverse engineering, scraping, data-mining, or malicious code.
  • No use of the site for illegal activities.
